Print page one from your holiday love notes download.

Page one from your download is a template.

This template will show you exactly where and how to place each of your sticky notes so that they will print out correctly. This will make printing your love notes much easier!

STEP #3

The template needs to be used vertically.

Take each white sticky note and place it in each of the designated boxes.

Make sure the sticky part of the note is on the top part of the box. This is important for how the template will go through the printer.

Tip: Run a test print on the template page BEFORE attaching your sticky notes onto the paper and printing. Every printer can load and print a little bit differently. Testing the way that your printer prints will help you to avoid wasting any sticky notes.

STEP #4

Place your template with the sticky notes on it into your printer.

It is best to print one page of holiday love notes at a time – so select which page of notes you want to print first.

You will repeat this step with each page of the Christmas love notes that you wish to print.

Using sticky notes for these works best because you can then stick the love notes on the mirror, car window, etc.

If you are using sticky notes – make sure to order these white sticky notes – otherwise, the color on the graphics won’t look right.

The ring game is a fun and interactive bridal shower game in which your guests are each given a plastic ring to wear throughout the shower.

Guests are provided with specific words that are not allowed to be said during the bridal shower.

If they hear another guest mention one of those specific words, that guest gets to take the other guest’s plastic ring.

The guest who has the most rings at the end of the shower wins this bridal shower ring game.

What You Need To Play The Bridal Shower Ring Game

• A sign with instructions including the designated words that guests are not allowed to say.

• A bowl of plastic rings.

There are several different ring options that you can choose from for this game. However, this set of plastic rings is our favorite.

These plastic rings are colorful and adjustable making them a good option for adults as well as kids!

How Do You Play The Ring Game At A Bridal Shower?

This ring game is a ton of fun and super easy to set up and play.

STEP 1

Print out the put a ring on it bridal shower sign.

STEP 2

Place all plastic rings in a bowl.

STEP 3

Instruct each guest as they arrive to take a plastic ring from the bowl. Inform guests of the rules of the game – including the designated words that they are not to say.

STEP 4

Have fun with your guests playing this put a ring on it bridal shower game!

STEP 5

At the end of the shower have each guest count the number of rings that they have collected. The guest with the most rings wins a prize!

How Many Bridal Shower Games Should Be Played?

The number of bridal shower games you choose to play at a shower really comes down to personal preference and the length of the shower.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend playing 2 to 4 games during a bridal shower.

It’s better to be prepared with a couple extra games and not end up playing them than to wish that you had something more for your guests to do.

What Do You Need For A Wine Tasting Date Night At Home?

• 3 to 5 bottles of wine – We have always found it preferable to stick to one type of wine. Like all red or all white. This way the wines are similar making it more enjoyable to compare them to one another.

• Snacks (crackers, cheese, meats, or fruit)

• Wine glasses – You can have one wine glass for each of the wines you are tasting, or one wine glass each.

If you choose to have one wine glass each just rinse and dry it in between pouring each tasting.

• Paper and pens (to keep notes about what you notice about each of the wines)

• Printable at home wine tasting kit (included at the bottom of this post for free)

Wine Tasting At Home For Two

Get ready to – SEE, SWIRL, SMELL, SIP, & SAVOR the night away!

There are two different options for how to do this wine date night.

Option #1 – Wine Tasting With Visible Labels

If you want to see the wine bottle labels as you do the tasting, you can use the included printable of “Wine Bottle Tags”.

Simply print out the tags and place one tag on each of the wine bottles that you are using. Each tag is numbered making it easy to keep track of the wine.

Option #2 – Blind Wine Tasting

If you want to do a blind wine tasting (our fave) where you don’t see the label of the wine you are tasting – use the included printable “Wine Label Covers”. Tape each cover marked with a number around the wine bottle to keep the original wine label a mystery.

After you are done with your tasting, remove the wine label covers to reveal which wines on your tasting sheet you loved the most.

Wine Tasting Date Night DIY

Wine Tasting Instructions:

Pour a little wine from one of the bottles into your wine glass.

SEE – Look at the wine from top to bottom in the glass. Hold the wine up to the light as you roll the wine toward the edges of the glass. Observe what the wine looks like in the glass. What color is the wine? Is it dark, cloudy, or clear?

SWIRL – Swirl the wine three or four times to aerate the wine and release the aromas. This will make the wine easier for you to smell and taste.

SMELL – After swirling, smell the wine by sticking your nose into the glass and breathing in deeply. Close your eyes as you do so and notice all of the aromas.

SIP – Take a sip of wine and swoosh it throughout your mouth. By swooshing it throughout your mouth you will be able to taste more of the wine. Allow the wine to sit in your mouth for a moment before you swallow so that you can fully absorb all of its flavors.

SAVOR – As you savor the wine, do you notice if it is bitter, sour, or sweet? What is the texture? What flavors do you taste? Do you like it and want to take another sip?

Wine Tasting Overall Score

SCORE – After you see, swirl, smell, sip, and savor the wine, it’s time to give the wine an overall score. Write down your overall score for the wine on your scorecard and make any notes about it that you want to remember.

The scorecard is included in the free printable. You will rate each wine that you taste on the printable scorecard.

After you have finished with one wine, rinse out your glass, dry it, have a little snack, then move on to the next bottle.

However, a good rule of thumb to follow is one game per hour. So if your shower is 2 to 3 hours long, consider having 2 to 3 games to play.

That being said, you don’t want to overwhelm guests with games either.

Bridal Bingo is always a fun game to include.

With bridal bingo, each guest is given a blank bingo playing card to fill out.

In each of the blank squares on the bingo card, guests must write in a gift that they believe the bride will receive at the shower.

As the bride opens her gifts, guests will mark off each correct guess they made on their bingo card. The guest who is first to get 5 in a row wins.

So having a what’s in your purse icebreaker game is a great way to have some fun and help guests to connect and get to know one another throughout the shower.

How Do You Play What’s In Your Purse Game?

Playing the What’s In Your Purse game is really quite simple and a lot of fun.

To play the What’s In Your Purse Game you will need to create a list of a variety of items that people may have “in their purse” or purchase What’s In Your Purse game cards.

If you are creating your own questions, you will need to separate the items you come up with into different categories.

Each category is worth a different amount of points.

The less likely you think it will be that someone will have a certain item in their purse – make that item worth more points.

We like using 4 different point categories:

• 5 Points
• 10 Points
• 15 Points
• 20 Points

To play this game you will need the following:

• What’s In Your Purse game cards
• Pens or pencils
• A prize for the winner

What’s In Your Purse Bridal Shower Game

The host will begin by passing out a What’s In Your Purse game card to each of the guests.

On the game card there are a series of items that one “might have in their purse”.

Each item on the list is worth a different amount of points.

The host will read off each item on the game card aloud.

While doing so guests will look in their purses to see if they have the mentioned item on the list.

If a guest has one of the items in their purse that was mentioned – that guest will put a mark next to that item on their playing card.

After going through each of the items on the game card, guests will add up their points.

The guest who has the most points wins this bridal shower game!

This bridal shower game is a great one to add to any shower involving gifts. To play Bridal Bingo guests are given a blank bingo card with one free space in the middle.
